Amazing! I was a big unsure about ordering first and I was hesitant but honestly it was well worth it! I purchase the iPhone 15 pro excellent condition on Monday. It arrived promptly on the Wednesday morning. The condition of the phone is amazing! It’s like it brand new! No signs of any use or damage whatsoever and it’s like it’s brand new! The battery was 98% which is great! It all seems to be working great! Everything is fully functional! Would definitely recommend! I saved €460 buying this iPhone refurbished and it’s amazing! 10/10

The phone arrived within 4 days after purchased. The phone is in perfect conditions. The battery was 97% use. So far I haven’t had any problems whatsoever. All in all I saved €380 and got a phone in perfect conditions. Would definitely recommend!

I received my Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G 256GB within a few days of ordering. The phone was flawless, not a single mark or blemish as if it was a BRAND NEW phone. The only problem I encountered was that the phone had been "rooted" which prevents me from using the "biometric security" features that Samsung imbedded in the operating system. The phone has been returned to the seller who is hoping to source a replacement of the same specification. The support team in Back Market have been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process, acting as a liaison between me and the seller and keeping me updated on a regular basis. Hoping to source a suitable replacement shortly.
