I received my Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G 256GB within a few days of ordering. The phone was flawless, not a single mark or blemish as if it was a BRAND NEW phone. The only problem I encountered was that the phone had been "rooted" which prevents me from using the "biometric security" features that Samsung imbedded in the operating system. The phone has been returned to the seller who is hoping to source a replacement of the same specification. The support team in Back Market have been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process, acting as a liaison between me and the seller and keeping me updated on a regular basis.
