The phone was in excellent condition without scratches. As for the battery, next time it is better to take with a new battery. The standard battery is not so weak - but not good either. Therefore, it is better to take with a new battery right away. The phone was with Korean language, I changed it to English. Thanks Backmarket

I bought an s23 ultra for 700 euro (new it costs 1400 euro). The shipping was very fast and within only two days the smartphone was already at my home. I bought the 'excellent' mode, so theoretically it should have had zero scratches, new battery and screen. So it was. Apart from a slight fingerprint on one of the three lenses, the smartphone was otherwise completely intact, clean and 100 per cent charged. Everything works perfectly. The photos are splendid. It doesn't even look reconditioned, it looks brand new. Thank you Back Market!

I'm so happy that I decided to proceed with this buying. first of all I have to say my phone came in Greece in 48hours which is amazing .here buying something could mean wait for 15 to 30 days . so I'm very impressed . Also the phone is in amazing condition has not even one scratch. looks like new .the screen the camera everything . I was a little hesitant at first because I was afraid it might be fake, but it's perfect. I'm gonna keep buying from back market. The only small comment I have about the company is that UPS gave the phone to a Greek shipping company in a plain box with no protection inside, nothing but the phone box. And I was afraid that I would open it and it would be broken. But fortunately, everything is fine. Despite this, be very careful how you send your phones because it is a shame that such an incident occurs.

I bought this iphone 14 pro in prenium, I was a little reluctant to buy a reconditioned but I was surprised by the quality of the product it has no defect in looks like it is new, I was just a little disappointed by 2 things first the state of the battery is 95% which is not too bad but I expected 98-100%, a voir comment la batterie tient dans le temps, et pour finir j'ai reçu un câble usb vers lightning alors que le modèle est normalement fourni avec usb-c vers lightning sinon livraison super rapide reçu en 2 jours 😎😜
