Galaxy J5 (2017) 16GB - Black - Unlocked

Appliance compliant, except for a slightly weak loudspeaker which started to crackle at first. This has not happened since. I have to increase the light each time I switch it on again, as it automatically dims each time. Otherwise, for the moment, the device works.

I bought this as a first phone for my 2 children, both are neurodivergent and have limited knowledge on technology but with a bit of help they were able to get the basics, simple phone and great for beginners, Quality of the phone is also great

As far as delivery and packaging are concerned, I've never had anything to complain about with backmarket. On the other hand I am disappointed with the item received. I only take samsung J5 2017 or J3 2016 and 2017. Already had a problem with the penultimate J5 2017 or on the screen suddenly began to appear green lines. Then more and more until 3/4 of the screen was black and that in 2 days. No overheating, no shocks, no water, nothing. And now I have just received a J5 2017 where there was still a gmail address, although we are asked to delete all accounts for the repair to be accepted. The screen has been replaced but it doesn't say "samsung" on the top of the screen and the keyboard doesn't respond well or gives me signs like "ß" when I press the "s" or "&", you have to do it. I can't even access the youtube app "obsolete version" and via chrome idem impossible to connect to youtube whereas on all the same models it's possible and on the j3 2016 I can connect to my youtube account via chrome youtube.com. I feel like I've been had on this phone. I'm sending it straight back, hoping they'll give me another one. Even "repaired" I do not trust and do not want to print wait 7 days or more before getting another is tiring. Refurbished Samsungs are more and more tired I think.

Although it's quite a few years old, the little Samsung j5 I received is in perfect condition and for very little money. For the moment it's working perfectly. So to sum up, I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Well done and thank you Back Market.

As if Marti McFly had just dashed back to 2017 to buy a phone and bring it here. I wouldn't have realised that I wasn't the first owner. P.s.: because the guys from Back Market are so cool, they even included a (pre-installed) armoured film. 10/10!!

Phone in very good condition as advertised, perfectly functional. After a few days of use nothing to report, and the battery is holding up well. I am very satisfied with this transaction, and the shipment was fast and careful.
