Hello, I’ve got to grips with it and the setup is fine. However, I do have a concern regarding the delivery route: this phone was shipped from Seville (Spain) to Vittoria (Spanish Basque Country), then north through Germany to Bordeaux. That’s nearly 4,000 km! I agree with Ms Camille Richard, Back Market’s CSR manager, on the benefits of refurbished goods; however, how do you justify this type of transport, which isn’t in line with your message? Would it be possible, before placing an order, to have more information on the delivery method – or even a choice of transport options – taking into account the carbon footprint?
