Great quailty. I bought one in “good” condition. It had some crumbs and hand marks. If it was cleaned up a bit it would have looked brand new straight out the box. Delivery was fast also. Would definitely recommend ✅

Very very happy looks brand new

I have ordered two phones from backmarket and I have been very happy with what I had received. I ordered a MacBook in good condition expecting similar results and I have been let down. The MacBook has three very big and very noticeable discolourations on the back of it. (These could be burns, exposure to some damaging chemical or anything and it really ruins the appearance making it blatantly obvious it isn’t anywhere near new. I don’t have time to send it back and go 6 days without a laptop as I am in college so I am very disheartened and don’t know if I can rely on backmarket in the future. However on the upside the laptop works like new and serves its purpose but if I wanted a laptop to serve its purpose I would have gotten a €200 hp computer. But no I did it to flex and look wealthy the same reason everyone buys a MacBook, and I have come out quite the fool. I am not asking for a new computer or a refund as I don’t have the time, I am just asking for forgiveness and acknowledgment that I have been betrayed by a once dear friend of mine.

I was really apprehensive to buy a refurbished MacBook but it's safe to say I am beyond happy. I got a "good" condition 2019 MacBook Air and it's amazing. Barely any ware on it! Incredible condition. came really quickly and there are no scuffs or marks showing any damage would think it was in excellent condition even though i bought good condition. battery life is good and it’s fast at charging. the screen is bright and visible and works really well. would highly recommend if you are looking for a macbook when you haven’t had one before.
