    Impressive. The phone is working perfectly and nothing to complain about so far. It was a Birthday gift for my teenage son, and I was worried that the phone will arrive late. But, to my greatest surprise which I appreciate very much, the phone was delivered to my door within 24hrs from France. Thank you Backmarket, I am saving to get one for myself from here too.

    Mac is in perfect condition. Only gripe is that the keyboard while QWERTY is Spanish ISO and the non alphabet keys are slightly different. It also arrived with the keyboard setting in Spanish which knew how to adjust but a less technical user may find confusing.

    Really wanted to stick with Huawei P30 Pro for the camera quality - delighted to have found this option of a refurbished device.     at first I was disappointed with the packaging and quality of phone. the phone is just taped to a bit of cardboard (which doubles as the packaging that you receive) and the phone had some marks on it that I wouldn't consider to be what I paid for. After a week or two the phone stopped charging so I sent it back and got back a near- perfect condition phone. so not only did they make it right, they made it easy. and it got me to reconsider the packaging the phone came in. they just made it easy. so kudos and credit to the company
