Iphone 8 reconditioned and bought with "like new" selection criteria (at the time the must on BM). It lasted 3 years which is the average for this model with programmed obsolescence. Battery failure yesterday. The repairer informs me that he cannot change the battery because it was glued along the whole length during the reconditioning. I would like to see a quality charter with good practices to be respected. Obviously this was not the case with this retailer and this model sold "as new". How can you be sure that the original parts are not looted and replaced by cheap parts and that the reconditioning of your products has been done according to good practices? The iphone 8, ordered "very good condition" but received "good condition". No shocks on the whole, battery 100%, but the screen is not well glued. When pressing the screen you can see that it moves, so too expensive for its category. Other points: the model suits me, Japan version (no camera sound with IOS15), shell, screen protection included. The phone was for my wife who has never had a smartphone before. She is chuffed to bits with it and is getting better and better using it each day.
