Pues cómo muchos que por primera vez compramos reacondicionados tenia miedo de que algo estuviera ‘mal’. Sentí confianza en la búsqueda dentro de la web por la variedad y durante la compra por la garantía y la posibilidad de devolverlo. Las reseñas eran buenas,… ¿y porqué no? He pillado mi iPhone 12 Pro Max en la categoría intermedia reacondicionado en Suecia. Está perfecto de aspecto, zero rasguños, batería al 88% y si tiene algún elemento cambiado o si es o no oficial Apple me da igual. El teléfono va perfecto. Recomiendo la compra en Back Market. Yo repetiré.

J’ai commandé un iPhone 12 Pro Max en grade état correct je suis étonné de l’état esthétique du téléphone qui est comme neuf, malheureusement c’est le risque du reconditionne et du grade prix aussi 86% de capacité de batterie maximale çà fais mal, mais bon c’est comme ça

Ce n’est pas mon 1 er iPhone sur Back Market. J’ai commandé un iPhone 12 Pro Max 128GB état correct a un prix défient toutes concurrences. Malheureusement, il est arrivé le 02/01 en parfait état esthétique mais je n’ai pu l’utiliser que 24h. En effet, le tactile ne marchait pas , le clavier une fois sur deux, et les touches +/- sur le côté pas du tout. Je l’ai renvoyé très rapidement le 03/01. J’ai exigé un échange de la part du recontionneur ( espagnol moi habitant en France) . Après plusieurs échanges avec Back Market. Mon échange a été accepté et j’ai reçu un nouvel iPhone 12 pro max or toujours en 128 gb le vendredi 13/01. A ma grande surprise j’avais un mot du reconditionneur à l’intérieur du colis m’informant que la batterie avait été changé . Après plusieurs jours d’utilisation je suis ravie , la batterie changé est une batterie Apple car ( pas de message d’erreur dans les réglages ) le Telephone fonctionne parfaitement 😊😊et il n’a pas une rayure visible ni de loin de de prêt . Son état est comme neuf. Je tiens à remercier le reconditionneur pour son professionnalisme et Back Market pour leur Ecoute. Je recommanderais un nouvel iPhone sur Back Market sans hésiter. ...

Compre dos iphone 12 pro max blanco y otro azul en estado excelente en back market con el reacondicionado de remarket y estan super bien 👏 👌 por el exterior no tienen marcas viables de ningun tipo,solo la bateria de uno vino al 85 ppr ciento y la del otro al 92 lo que no entiendo es porque el mas barat tenía mejor bateria pero supongo que sea por la demanda del color. Estoy muy contenta con la compra de momento todo bien ♥️

I was sceptical at the idea of a refurbished device, but that was all put in the bin as soon as I opened the box and picked a "can't tell the difference from new" iPhone 12 Pro Max. The screen, body, everything is virtually perfect - very happy with this! I'm looking for an iMac now, and won't hesitate to look here first!
