It is great! In the past I have bought from My Cheap Laptop and have an identical machine from them, but they had none left. Yours was a little more expensive, but the condition was great and I can find no faults although there was no mention that it was Windows 11 !!!! If there is one other comment, I didn't find the email discount for subscribing to emails until after I had paid!

My device is so good..so convenient to use..I got what I asked for..

The delivery was quicker than expected. The supplier has been impeccable in terms of being honest about the condition of the laptop. I am delighted with my 3 experiences with this Apple and their suppliers and logistics companies.

It is true that the device has no marks but the keyboard has stickers over quite a few keys, which being the backlit keyboard, does not seem optimal to me, so impeccable is not impeccable.

I've always been very happy with Backmarket but now I've bought this Elitebook x360 830 G7, after spending a lot of time comparing models. I finally opted for the x360 because it's touchscreen and convertible 2-in-1. When I received it, I realised that I'd received the same model but not the x360, so the screen wouldn't tilt. I asked for an exchange, but the model wasn't available. The seller offered me a €80 trade discount: in the end it's not a gesture, it's just a readjustment of the real price of what I bought. I'm now waiting for Backmarcket, who "was supposed to keep me informed", to make a commercial gesture .... Rather disappointed all the same
