The computer is in excellent condition even though I bought it as 'good', it only has a small scratch on the outer cover but otherwise everything is fine. For the price, it's worth buying if you don't need to do work disconnected from the power supply. Comfortable keyboard to use

The "excellent condition" laptop I ordered arrived in good time and it is,as stated, in excellent condition. The initial set-up was very smooth. It 2 hours to complete and I deliberately went through the set-up process at a slow pace as I've been used to Windows 7 for the last 15 years. The laptop is functioning well every day and I'm really pleased with the purchase. I was expecting this positive outcome as I bought an "excellent condition" iphone 14 from Back Market at the end of 2025. So, all good from my perspective and I definitely recommend Back Market to anyone interested in refurbished technical products.

Very good unit. No signs of wear. Like new. Delighted with the configuration. The only downside was that I had to disable network boot in the bios and this wasn't really specified on delivery! Responsive after-sales service and a small dose of AI to get everything back in order.
