I have never bought refurbished products, but on this site I bought an iPhone last month and was very satisfied so I wanted to try again and bought this Apple Watch ultra. I was amazed and delighted everything was perfect like new. I think I will continue to buy from here.

I must admit that I was rather sceptical about buying the Apple Watch on this site. I compared quite a few sellers and took the one with the highest ratings, and to be honest... I'm very happy with my purchase! The watch is like "new", carefully packaged (Apple style packaging - by Apple Distribution according to the label, so it's well reconditioned) with the protections as on new watches, identical. The charger and wristband look original, and in any case, the quality is there. An Apple Watch Ultra 1st generation at this price in this summer, it's really worth it!

The watch appears to be in very good condition. Unfortunately, the accessories are not original. I cannot use the strap as it does not close. A buckle is missing (Made in China). The charger does not work. Apparently, the product has been reconditioned in Naples, Italy. I have made a complaint to the Back Market website. Here's the reply: "So if the seller doesn't give me an answer about this, I can only suggest that you send the device back for a refund. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. As a gesture of goodwill, your Back Market wallet will be credited with €25. You can use this sum to buy a new charger on the internet. Rest assured, you can easily find a box for less than €25 on the internet. I didn't think I was buying a counterfeit... At Apple, a charger costs €24 and a wristband costs €99. In short, I'm rather disappointed...

The watch is in very good condition. I did not find anything abnormal for a reconditioned watch. I love this watch. I am very satisfied with my purchase as I often am. The delivery was super fast. Received on 11 November. Thank you backmarket. Au plaisir de ce revoir 😊
