Big disappointment and, above all, a real fundamental problem.
The product was clearly advertised as an OLED Steam Deck, and I received an LCD version. It's not a small mistake, it's a totally different product. And given the other comments, it's obviously not an isolated case.
So there are two possibilities: either Back Market is letting misleading ads through, which is false advertising, or they're not capable of controlling what their sellers do, which is even worse for a marketplace of this size.
Secondly, the price. We're talking about a refurbished product sold for more than the new price, playing on the OLED/LCD confusion and supposed rarity. At this stage, it's hard to understand whether Back Market is a reliable refurbished site or an opportunistic resale platform.
Between a non-compliant product, a recurring problem and an inconsistent price, that's a lot. I'm waiting for a clear solution: replacement with a compliant OLED model or refund with a commercial gesture.
