5/5at first I was disappointed with the packaging and quality of phone. the phone is just taped to a bit of cardboard (which doubles as the packaging that you receive) and the phone had some marks on it that I wouldn't consider to be what I paid for. After a week or two the phone stopped charging so I sent it back and got back a near- perfect condition phone. so not only did they make it right, they made it easy. and it got me to reconsider the packaging the phone came in. they just made it easy. so kudos and credit to the company
