The delivery and packaging all perfect from back market. My issue is with the buds themselves. Good when listening to music but terrible when watching a video. The noise comes so weird and have looked and there's not a fix. Also pretty well known but the phone calling is pretty poor. Overall good for music only, not much else. Glad I paid back market price, not full price.
