    the quality of my jabra elite 10 caps and case is super.... after 5 years of daily use of active 75t it was time for a decent successor...the elite 10 (refurbished) was the right choice for me not too expensive. well-fitting tips ...and a sound quality I am more than satisfied with. The ANC does what it is supposed to do and so does the hear-through The only downside for me is... not being able to turn the sound up or down by means of the buttons on the ear buds. shipping and delivery was fast and without problems The purchase was double wrapped in good sturdy material and delivered without any damage 👍😁

    The headphones arrived packed to the hilt, like new. The only thing missing was the instruction manual, but of course you can find that online. The headphones seem to work fine otherwise, but often the left earpiece doesn't connect/connect immediately when you take it out of the box, but you have to put it back in the box and take it out again. This happens about every third time, so it's a bit of a nuisance.
