They work as they should and they were very well packaged. They look like they were not used.

Let me start by saying that the sound is crystal clear and of excellent quality, as are the materials, but there is a fly in the ointment: a minor charging issue with the right earbud, which means I can’t be entirely satisfied. It charges very slowly, and you have to keep checking that the contacts on the right earpiece are properly seated in the charging case; otherwise, you’ll find the left one is at 100% and the right one at 55–60%. I’m a bit disappointed by this because, having bought them from you and in such excellent condition, I expected better… I’m sorry.

A device that doesn't work – I'm really annoyed. How can you sell headphones that don't work to a customer? It's really nasty. I want a refund as soon as possible. I wouldn't recommend anyone buy them.

My headphones arrived completely discharged, which isn't a problem in itself, but Galaxy Buds are notorious for not charging if their battery runs out. I had to carry out a special procedure (jumpstart) to get them to charge again, which took me a good day between searching and charging, which then took twice as long. I was on the verge of sending them back, thinking they weren't working, and it was only through research on various forums in French and English that I was able to get something out of them. A little explanatory note to fix this little problem would prevent many people from turning away from refurbished products because they 'don't work' (an opinion I've heard a lot about Back Market).

I have tried them and I am very happy but they arrived dirty with someone's earwax, I had to clean them a little bit....
