The product was in fair condition, as described. The "Fair" category allows for a few little scratches on the screen, and so I can't complain about the couple of minor scratches on my model. The quality-price ratio is almost perfect, and the fact that I am not adding further phones to landfill definitely makes up for the fact that the phone was reasonably pricey for a 2019 model and that a brand new version wouldn't cost too much more. I ordered the phone on the 7th of July and it arrived on the 12th, which was earlier than expected. All in all I am very satisfied with my purchase and the service and would recommend Back Market to friends and family.
