    PC central unit purchased with Perfect condition grade. But the plastic on the front was broken in the corner. I sent an email to the address indicated on the box. The next day I was told that the part was being sent to the post office. 3 days later, I received the part and it was in perfect condition. In short, the next day the PC works perfectly and the after-sales service is very, very responsive. Just one point, the PC is refurbished in Italy, not in France as the site suggests...     A customer used to reconditioned products, the experience with this seller was deplorable from start to finish. I ordered my first machine (HP EliteDesk 800 G5 Mini with an i5-9500). As soon as I received it, the PC turned out to be totally faulty: systematic crashes after 5 minutes, followed by a total failure of the motherboard (hardware error code: 3 short red beeps / 3 long white beeps). The 90W power supply supplied was clearly burnt out or out of order. After complaining, the refurbisher sent me a replacement machine. Not only was the hardware untested, but the configuration was a step down from my initial purchase (less powerful i5-9500T processor and a 65W power supply that was totally undersized for the machine's power stage, causing further power cuts). This vendor obviously doesn't carry out any serious stress tests on its components (RAM and power supply) before shipping. I had to send the whole thing back for a full refund. A big thank you to Back Market customer service, who were very responsive over the phone to correct this refurbisher's faults, but don't bother with this shop if you're looking for reliable hardware.

    It seems to work fine, but I had 2 surprises: - the mini size of this PC, which was not mentioned on your site - The point not made about the output to the screen (DP which looks like HDMI). You need a special cable or adapter. It would have been a good idea to mention these features. Your customers aren't necessarily professionals!

    What a work(s) to get the device up-and-running. System language Italian, mixed with English, French and German keys in between. I don't know if I should know that it used to be a competitive PC in men's singles tennis (nope). Windows 11 reinstalled. This did require scoring a DisplayPort - HDMI coupler, as (USB) drivers are also removed. But let's be honest: a doable job for experts (there will be some in Italy too) so that I can comfortably start my PC where it simply asks who I am and what language I would like to use. Droll to then get an email in between "the difference between used and refurbished". I don't expect to experience any performance problems.
