It seems to work fine, but I had 2 surprises: - the mini size of this PC, which was not mentioned on your site - The point not made about the output to the screen (DP which looks like HDMI). You need a special cable or adapter. It would have been a good idea to mention these features. Your customers aren't necessarily professionals!

It's a great little machine. Very capable for the price and, more importantly, the size. I have two. One is for usual desktop activities. The CPU, ample memory and plenty of disk space work well. Windows 11 works without any issues. Office 365 and OneDrive are all installed and synced. Just be aware that there are no HDMI ports, just a pair of Display Ports. Cheap adapters fix that, no problem. Be careful with cheap HDMI cables if used with an adapter. I had issues with display glitches. A new cable fixed it. Running well at 2 X 4K. It can even run Minecraft with a few adjustments. The other machine I use as a web server. I ditched MS Windows 11 in favour of Ubuntu server. Nginx, MySQL, WordPress, Magento, etc... Works well for my low-load applications.

Pleasantly surprised by the performance, especially for the price very well reconditoned. The only thing missing is an HDMI output at the back, otherwise the model is complete, the capacity is good and the performance is very good. I'd recommend

contrary to what was indicated, there was no wifi. the USB c port did not allow me to connect screens via HDMI cables using an adapter, although this works very well on my other computer. Customer service wasn't particularly efficient and it's a bit of a pain not to be able to contact the seller directly. Either you're the intermediary and you take care of support, or you delegate support to the seller, but in this case it's a bit frustrating to see you always reply "I'll pass it on to the seller and get back to you". On the plus side: your responsiveness and the ease of returning the product. I would have liked to have been offered another similar model but without these two problems.

I just received the system, and everything is working perfectly. It's a nice machine. Just wanted to let the company know they should include the HDMI display port, as it was not included. The rest is perfect. Thanks
