Everything perfect from order to delivery! Phone arrived within 5 days as it was out of the country. Up to date tracking all the way. Phone is in immaculate condition,like brand new! Came well packaged with new charge cable and back case. Phone all set up and working perfectly. Have already recommended blackmarket to friends and will definitely buy again from here again. If I had to say one very slightly negative thing it's that the phone is more like a two tone blue, than green. But it'll have a black back case on anyway, so hey ho! I would only buy a refurbished phone, and this is the company to buy from, thanks 👍

Hello A friend advised me to buy my S10e. I received my reconditioned phone a week ago and I'm delighted with it. The only small fault is the battery life, otherwise everything works...

Bought the phone for my mum, it works great and does the job. However the condition (good) was not as good as I’ve experienced before buying refurbished phones. Quite heavily marked on the back sides and round the charging port. It’s gone in a case so she’s not too fussed. Personally I would have returned it.

Impeccable but... Very good notebook in terms of photo quality but it turns out that after two years of good and loyal service the camera no longer works at all and is in photo failure from one day to the next ... Contact made with SAMSUNG directly and it turns out that this is a recurring problem on this model and other Galaxy S type models. It's a shame because it's practical, not too heavy, not too big and the operating system is top notch and relatively fluid. This is my first purchase of a refurbished model and I'm really pleased, apart from the problem with the camera, which I need every day for work.

This phone is very good, it replaces the Samsung S8 which I bought new in October and which didn't work properly. So I would recommend refurbished equipment. On the other hand, it is intended for an international market and does not have the same functions as those intended for France, in particular the sending of acknowledgement of receipt of messages and programming in pounds or pounds in the Samsung health programme. It would have been good to mention this. Otherwise, everything else works fine.

I will soon have had my reconditioned phone for 1 year. I'm very satisfied with it, it works very well and I haven't had any problems with it. All the functions are up to date and work perfectly. And the battery is superb, it lasts a long time.

The phone looks brand new. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It works perfectly. I wasn't too sure about buying a refurbished one but I'm really happy with the purchase. A good choice.
