Impeccable but... Very good notebook in terms of photo quality but it turns out that after two years of good and loyal service the camera no longer works at all and is in photo failure from one day to the next ... Contact made with SAMSUNG directly and it turns out that this is a recurring problem on this model and other Galaxy S type models. It's a shame because it's practical, not too heavy, not too big and the operating system is top notch and relatively fluid. This is my first purchase of a refurbished model and I'm really pleased, apart from the problem with the camera, which I need every day for work.

I will soon have had my reconditioned phone for 1 year. I'm very satisfied with it, it works very well and I haven't had any problems with it. All the functions are up to date and work perfectly. And the battery is superb, it lasts a long time.

Refurbished device but not intended for the European market. Initially intended for the US, so not all the features are available, especially 'samsung Pay'. Following the opening of a dispute, the seller took the device back and sent another one, with the same problem. I explain to BackMarket what the problem is, and ask them either for a refund or to send me a device compatible with the French market. Second device replaced and exchanged, same problem. I send back a message saying that I'm keeping the phone, because I'm a bit fed up with sending back and waiting for a compatible phone. I specify that I don't want anything in return, apart from a little more clarity about the origin of the phones. To know in advance that not all the functions are usable, and by way of reply I get a return voucher! Are you serious?

received on time, very good cosmetic condition, received with the cable but not the charger, no accessories or protective cover, phone worked well the 1st week then then touch problems, quite a few bugs, the battery drains faster and faster (I use very few applications and no games) that said the photo quality is exceptional, but for a first experience in refurbished I am quite disappointed.

For a refurbished phone, I'm rather surprised. It works very well, its battery lasts me 2 days. Really like new at a very fair price. I was a bit scared at first but in the end I was pleasantly surprised and if I had to change my phone in a few years, I wouldn't buy a new one. Refurbished is cool!

The smartphone ordered on 29/11 was delivered on 01/12, which was very quick. Compared to the new price, the asking price was very competitive, especially as the exterior was almost as good as new, with only the charger missing, as was clearly indicated in the description. For a 1st order of reconditioned equipment, it was quite a success, although it needed to be confirmed. After 1 1/2 months of use, I'm fully satisfied with my smartphone, although it remains to be seen how it performs over time, particularly with regard to the battery.

Very happy with my purchase, the condition is perfect, no scratches, looks like new. The battery life may be a little short but I'm not forgetting that this is a reconditioned product. Delivery was fast and the packaging was neat. In short, as with my other purchases, I am satisfied.

I received my phone faster than expected, so I had it for Christmas! I received it perfectly packaged and as good as new, it works perfectly and is easy to use. It's my 1st refurbished phone and I'm very happy with it. Thank you BackMarket
