The phone is great, in perfect condition as always with BackMarket, The only downside is that it heats up a lot and when I shake it slightly I get the impression that a small part inside has come loose and is moving around, but I don't know if this is linked to the reconditioning or to Samsung directly,

because I know it is reconditioned, but if not I would say it is new, the device, in my case galaxy s23 ultra, excellent grade, really it is excellent, without any markings, good battery, good performance, very happy.
