3/5Hi, I received the PC, and everything works fine, except the Bluetooth, I replaced the dongle installed by a TP ub 400 This didn't do anything and I spent 3 hours with the TP Link ingénierie, and it seems that the bluetooth was already installed.. I bought a 3 meter audio câble. But, at every starting of the PC, the system asks me to reboot and it works.. I will have a look at the problem when i have a little bit more time.. Everything works perfectly. It was a huge saving versus a new one and it's also great to have saved a lot of waste by choosing a refurbished product. 4.6/5Bonjour, Achat effectué le 26 Décembre, livré le 30 Décembre. Livré en très bon état (rien de cassé). La machine (le PC) est conforme à la description (corei5, ssd, processeur et autre), elle est jolie. Sans rayures ou quelconque dommage à l'apparence. Sur le fond, c'est-à-dire la performance, après près d'un mois d'utilisation, la batterie tient 3h à 4h (et plus, 4H30, 4H45) selon l'usage. La machine est rapide et tout fonctionne, le wifi, le micro, haut-parleur. Comme il n'y a pas d'œuvre parfait, je cite deux bémols : la luminosité de la caméra (je ne sais pas comment régler). Et le ventilo du pc qui fait un léger bruit quand ça tourne, mais après une semaine cela s'est arrêté. Actuellement ce bruit est difficilement audible et rare. 4.6/5El producto se ajusta al estado indicado. Un par de marcas de uso sin importancia y algo de suciedad en los puertos (solucionado con alcohol isopropílico y 10 minutitos de cariño, recordemos que es un producto reacondicionado). El funcionamiento es perfecto y la batería dura bastante así que diría que está prácticamente nueva, lo que es un punto positivo no tener que invertir en su reposición. Como se puede esperar de un gama alta de Dell, el ordenador funciona a las mil maravillas y, aunque solo lo uso para programar, diría que algún juego no muy bestia puede tirar por si te quieres pegar un vicio rápido. 4.2/5Article parfaitement conforme à la description. Cet ordinateur fonctionne très bien. Pour ce qui est de l'ordinateur c'est vraiment très bien. Par contre concernant la livraison, certes je suis très satisfait de la grande qualité de l'emballage et de la rapidité. Mais je tiens à dire que les services de Chronopost sont absolument déplorables. J'ai pu voir à la caméra que le livreur a sonné à la porte, posé le colis et est parti immédiatement. Heureusement que mon fils était prévenu de la livraison et qu'il s'est précipité pour le récupérer. Et bien sûr, dans ce monde où il faut tout évaluer, cette fois ci Chronopost ne ma pas demandé comment j'ai pu vivre cette "expérience".
