Very pleased with my purchase. The phone arrived quickly, looked brand new, and the battery health was 100%. I was also happy to see that the screen had been replaced with a genuine original Apple display, which is confirmed in the Settings menu. Everything works perfectly and the performance is excellent. Delivery was fast and the whole experience was hassle-free. Would happily buy from this seller again.

The iPhone came in pristine condition and arrived sooner than expected. The phone came with a USB-C charging cable and a refurbished box similar to an iPhone box. After powering the phone on, it was clear that this was basically a brand new phone for nearly €300 off the retail price. There were only 4 cycles on the battery.

Phone got pretty warm the first day or two i used it but I read up on it and it seems common for that model of Samsung, since over put a cover on it doesn't feel as hot. My first order was annoyingly cancelled and refunded due to quality issues with the refurbisher, and the refund took a few days to process. I then reordered the same phone and the replacement that arrived was in immaculate condition. Even though I only chose “Good,” it showed up with just one tiny, barely noticeable scratch and a solid 86% battery health. It also came with a clear TPU case and a screen protector — cheap, but they work — and delivery was quick. Overall, despite the rocky start, the phone I received was excellent. I’d happily recommend Back Market and will definitely return for future tech at a very reasonable price.

Good value. The phone was almost perfect but still exceeded my expectations. It was a US spec so had the larger battery and exactly what I wanted. Shipping was fast. Overall it was great experience.

Excellent quality. It is as new. I have had the OnePlus Open Black for 18 months (which broke when I removed the internal screen) .... Then I recently ordered and received the OnePlus Open Apex edition. This is a beautiful device. The ONLY issue is the battery, which is perfect, but compared to the OnePlus 15 is inferior. However, the phone itself is superb quality. The battery is as expected compared to my original brand new OnePlus Black. I have decided to keep both the OnePlus Open Apex and the OnePlus 15 and alternate between the two phones as required. (It's easy to virtual sim swap and also Whatsapp alternate device via backup. Anyway thanks again, fast enough and as long as you take care of the battery it's perfect.

It looks very clean, fast shipping I would have gotten it the next day but the DHL driver zoomed off seconds after he got to my door. But battery percentage is 88% which is very good I have been using if for some hours and It doesn’t die quickly. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

It’s actually very good it’s just that the battery is not recognised by apple but overall it’s good and my battery health is at 100% . Will be buying from back market again

The device was in perfect condition if i didn’t check the battery cycles I would have assumed it was brand new the battery was at 100% life and it had 200 cycles and everything else was also good
