Malheureusement un petit problème de livraison qui sais très vite régler j ai reçu mon portable le seul truc c est que je ne voie aucune différence avec le note 12 et je préfère largement le note 11 quand même il propose des chose que le 12 ne propose pas . Je suis très satisfaite de mon achat depuis que j' achètes chez backmarket je n'ai jamais eu a me plaindre

L envoi de l article est carrément moyen. Le téléphone n est pas emballé dans du "papier bulle" , absolument pas protéger des chocs. Malgré cela il semble être en bon état. Pour le reste à voir dans le temps.
