The quality of the device is not very good. Scratches could have been easily polished out. The earpiece was very dirty! It was so clogged that you could hardly hear what was being said on the phone. Only after manually cleaning the holes was it possible to use the device to make calls. What a pity. Refurbished is different! I am a little disappointed.

very disappointed with my purchase... beyond the late delivery, which i'm sure is not your fault, i'm very disappointed with the item you sold me. the fact that you don't include a charger when you sell a phone, because we all have 200 of them at home, is one thing, but the problem is that we end up with a phone that takes HOURS to charge!!!! as the dedicated charger is designed to charge quickly, if you change brands you're stuck! What's more, the battery in the phone you bought is obviously EXTREMELY worn out! Very poor autonomy, plus a very long charge... you get the idea! In short, I'm really thinking of going to other sites next time!
