When I received the device, there was a false contact on the screen; the fault was not straightforward but at times the screen would display nothing and then it would come back randomly. I was worried that the after-sales service wouldn't recognise the problem because it wasn't a straightforward fault. In the end, the support went very well. In less than a week, I sent the phone back and received a repaired phone (not sure if it's the same one as at the start, but it doesn't matter, as the after-sales procedure requires you to delete all the data). In conclusion, I'm satisfied with the service and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the after-sales service.

The device is like new, in impeccable condition. It took some time to charge it as the battery was at 1%, but otherwise, there's nothing to complain about. Data transfer from my old smartphone to the Xiaomi Mi 12 was seamless. Very happy with my purchase.
