Hello First purchase and first disappointment. Xbox one limited edition Forza 6 console purchased specifically. - Packaging not in conformity with the original. - Damaged controller (damaged trim and joystick). - Console showing dents. - There are moving parts (broken parts ????) inside the console... - Microsoft safety sticker on the console partially peeled off (console dismantled or not? By a pro or not?) - several hours of updating the console before we could be sure it was working properly. - impossible to report problems via black market (ultra closed choice). I would like answers to my questions, as well as a commercial gesture.
