This was my first purchase of refurbished tech and to say I am impressed is an understatement. The phone did not have a mark anywhere that I could see. I've been using for a couple of weeks and it's working just like a brand new ZX2 but at less than a quarter of the price. I cannot praise Backmarket and their refurbished tech suppliers enough.

Die mit der Versicherung beworbene Handyhülle gibt es beim Partner nicht, da dieser für Sony-Geräte keine Angebote hat.--> irreführend und schlecht. Auf eine Nachricht wird mit einer "..Danke leiten wir weiter.." geantwortet. Ich habe bereits ein fast identisches Modell (Sony Xperia XZ2 Type 8266) und mehrere andere Sony-Handys, welche alle eine Multiuser-Option bieten (für Adminrechte und Zweitprofil zur Kindernutzung nötig). Das gelieferte Sony Xperia XZ2 ist vom Type 8216 und bietet diese Funktion nicht. Eine Update auf Android 10 (Verweis auf provider-spezifische Einschrängung) oder die Übertragung (Import) eines bestehenden Profiles geht ebenfalls nicht - schade. Auf der Rechnung ist der bestellte Subtyp nicht mehr ausgewiesen. Ich sende das Gerät zurück und würde es gern gegen ein multiuser-fähiges tauschen. Gut war bisher nur die schnelle Lieferung und das optische Erscheinungsbild des Gerätes BG T. Schneider

Hallo BackMarket-Team, hatte Euch Anfang Dezember 2022 angeschrieben, weil beim XZ2 Probleme beim Telefonieren auftraten. Ihr habt mir sofort alle Unterlagen für eine Retoure zur Verfügung gestellt - schnell - unbürokratisch - kundenfreundlich - einfach toll. Im Nachhinein hat sich herausgestellt, dass der Netzbetreiber die Probleme verusachte. Nach dem Anbieterwechsel Ende Dezember funktioniert wieder alles. Vielen Dank! Michael Wolf
