Excellent ! Although I ( 1962 ) am a friend of " old school communication " ( = talking to people ) everything really fitted, pleasant ( and not too ) cool tone on the website, but underpinned with very serious information. Time was kept. Product is practically like new . . . and the Sony XPERIA 1 IV really is a "Mercedes Benz". ( what I want to say: as I'm really NOT a "fast" person - I still haven't swapped the SIM card from the old to the new phone ) I can't say anything about the phone function etc., but I assume that it works just as well as the rest of the phone ) i.e.: when I'm "on the money" again: I will gladly buy from you again iLG NIki Bandian

My son suggested I buy a phone from Back Market and stick to my SIM only contract, rather than pay the exorbitant monthly fees. My old Sony suddenly wouldn't make/receive calls once my network provider switched to 4/5G. I was a little dubious of what sort of phone I would get, but was hugely and pleasantly surprised. Got a half price modern Sony phone of my choosing, and I really couldn't tell it was used. I didn't even go for the excellent quality merely the Staff Pick! Choice of phones were great. Came through the post quickly and easily. Back making calls. Would definitely recommend. Great service. Thanks.

I got a smartphone and it was almost everything I wanted. Had I known the product was originally from the Asian market I wouldn't have bought it. The regional apps it tries to install are not secure. I will be aware of this in future. Aside from that the phone was described in excellent condition and it certainly was.

Happy with the product, the colour description was slightly off but for the quality of the product received I can forgive this small oversight.

The quality of the appliance was impeccable. The delivery was a bit bumpy - first it said it couldn't be delivered, then it was at my neighbour's - without any indication. But okay. Then I received it.
