Initially the phone got very hot and the charge went down really quick but, with the help of your troubleshooting pages, I have rectified this and everything is fine and dandy. Great phone with an amazing camera!

I checked out the site and after some thought I decided to give it a go. The whole experience was great and very straight forward. I was kept informed at all times and was surprised at the quick delivery. The price is crazy good and there's hardly a mark on the phone. It works perfectly. My only gripe would be how long it took to upload all of the updates, but this could be in part due to my Internet speed. That aside I'm very pleased with my purchase.

My son suggested I buy a phone from Back Market and stick to my SIM only contract, rather than pay the exorbitant monthly fees. My old Sony suddenly wouldn't make/receive calls once my network provider switched to 4/5G. I was a little dubious of what sort of phone I would get, but was hugely and pleasantly surprised. Got a half price modern Sony phone of my choosing, and I really couldn't tell it was used. I didn't even go for the excellent quality merely the Staff Pick! Choice of phones were great. The device arrived in perfect condition, with a cardboard box as packaging, which I was able to reuse for the return. TopOne GmbH sells the SOG06, a Japanese model that is incompatible with European 5G frequencies and VoWifi. So I didn't keep it. Back Market's after-sales service was very efficient and understanding, and the returns process went without a hitch.

I got a smartphone and it was almost everything I wanted. Had I known the product was originally from the Asian market I wouldn't have bought it. The regional apps it tries to install are not secure. I will be aware of this in future. Aside from that the phone was described in excellent condition and it certainly was.

⚠️ JAPANESE MODEL ⚠️ 5G and Vowifi not available, EDGE network only (2g!!) in 2025 is not possible... Better communication is needed in the product description and the model should be clearly indicated (SOG06), which is not compatible with our European networks. It's a shame, because the sound wasn't as limited as our European models! In terms of sales and after-sales service, there's nothing to criticise about Back Market, it's straightforward 👍
