Item was exactly as described; competitively priced and works well. Set up from old phone (went Apple to Android) was extremely straightforward and I lost no data or apps. My biggest gripe is simply that since Samsung had released a later model, finding cases in physical stores was almost impossible, so bought a case blind online.

I've bought a refurbished phone at half the price and it's good for the planet, what could be better and it's sent quickly. I recommend backmarket.

So far, the device is doing the job. No connection problems. The battery seems to be holding out. The device was very clean. I'll have to wait and see, but for the moment I'm very happy with my purchase.

This phone was bought for my wife. She was extremely happy with it. I must add that I was a bit sceptical, but when it came in the post and I saw it I was very surprised. No scratches and it was in perfect condition. No complaints. Will definitely buy again.😁

very good condition was an understatement the phone is new it has not a scratch or a micro on the shell and on the screen nano scratches barely visible frankly too good I have also ordered headphones from this same brand in the same condition waiting to receive them but if it's the same as the phone I would be delighted to the point
