Well this was my first purchase of a refurbished phone and my experience of Back Market has been faultless. I was tempted to get the Samsung Flip 5 months ago, but couldn't resist going for the Flip 6 when they got them in! Glad I waited and now I have the latest phone saving hundreds! From the prices on offer, quality of phone, superb delivery and packaging I fully recommend Back Market and will definitely use again when I want to spoil myself!

The phone itself was great so definitely big credit to Samsung on that unfortunately even though I ordered the Z flip six in excellent condition the screen came damaged not flawless as it was advertised. I did however receive a refund but I wasn’t given back the refurbisher fee, so I will most likely not be using Back Market again Unfortunately.

Super happy with my purchase. I originally bough this phone new and got a back market one when that one was stolen. Really no difference whatsoever, the refurbished phone looks and works perfectly so far.

Absolutely positively surprised by the condition of the device. I was absolutely not expecting a flawless refurbished phone when I made my order but it's basically brand new except for the box and cable. But I have plenty of charging cables at home so it didn't matter much. I will definitely be coming back to backmarket for other devices, I'm already thinking about some galaxy buds to go with my phone.

So happy with my new phone! Heard about back market from my sister and so glad I decided to get my galaxy flip6 from here. It came in perfect condition with good battery life so so pleased. I am always conscious of my environmental impact too so happy that refurbished phones are better for the Environment. Also, much cheaper than buying new so an absolute win win! I will definitely buy more from back market.

It was really super fast, FedEx is great and I love the mobile phone! But...from Tallinn to Warsaw, then to Paris and then to Cologne, I think that's pretty crazy. I buy refurbished because of sustainability, among other things.
