I am satisfied with the very good condition of the refurbished phone. On the other hand, I'm disappointed with the product itself, as the battery charge time is very long and then only allows 3 days of autonomy.

Like new. I changed for a newer one, and get bluetooth 5.0, and for less than 150 euros, I'm delighted so far. As a sixty-something, thanks to it I've learnt to download my train tickets, to download and listen to Radio France podcasts, etc...

I received an XCover 4S DUAL SIM (although I seem to have chosen a Simple SIM) and I spent quite a long time trying to find out why I couldn't communicate with it... One message kept coming up: "SIM card not authorised". Finally, after checking on another phone that it wasn't coming from my SIM card, I tested the second slot and at last it worked! I hope this phone I bought from BackMarket lasts longer than my last one... 6 months!

Good works perfectly have had 4pcs like the model have had it in the work on ships and stone crushers. They can withstand rough treatment.
