    I bought this product as a Christmas gift,for a friend. We haven't activated it yet, but, when we do I'll definitely leave a review Review as follows. The phone looks in mint condition, but, alas, the 0 button dosen't work. I will take it to a repair shop in my town, and hopefully they can sort it.     It’s in good condition, and I’m pleased to see that the phone’s ergonomics are still spot on – compared to today’s ‘dumbphones’, which have ergonomics that are a right mess… However, in the menu – apart from the internet controls, which don’t interest me – several useful functions have been removed: the Memo function, the Calculator function, the Clock function with countdown timer and stopwatch, and the Converter function. You can’t type the ‘c’ with a cedilla any more either. I’ll no doubt discover other omissions. It’s a shame!!! I don’t dare reset it for fear of losing even more features...
