    This is the 4th purchase I've made in a few months, I've always been very happy with it and the verdict in fact expresses overall satisfaction rather than that on the last order. In this case I must unfortunately say that beyond what was indicated the battery is not even sufficient: with average use (about twenty calls in 5 hours) it is totally to recharge after not even half a day.

    No effort on the part of the seller. Phone put in a simple kraft envelope and wrapped in bubble wrap, no protection and full of grease marks and fingerprints on the phones. Out of 2 phones ordered, one doesn't work, the battery drains instantly if the phone is unplugged. I would not recommend the seller, other customers' reviews are similar to mine. It's a shame because I frequently order from Back Market and this is the first time I've been disappointed. The site should carry out more thorough checks on refurbishers and the quality of their services.
