Hello, Very good experience for this phone purchase on Back MArket. It's a Samsung S20 FE identical to the one I had and which I unfortunately damaged (the reason for my purchase). So I know this model well and was able to test my new phone in 4 days. I'm completely satisfied. All the phone's functions are operational (vibrator, microphone, HP, camera, USB C socket, etc.) and the battery life is comparable. What's more, for what I've been told is 'fair' condition, the phone I received is in much better condition externally than mine was before it crashed. The packaging for transport is effective. The only drawback is the power cord supplied, which is the same as the Iphone: lightning cable! It doesn't bother me because I have my old connectors but that's why I didn't indicate "perfect" as an emoji. Refurbished phone by Cadaoz.

I'm delighted with my purchase from back market once again. In any case, it's simple, I don't buy from anywhere else. I prefer to pay a little more to have a reconditioned product as new and really systematically I have the impression of receiving a perfectly new product! Thank you ;)

Phone in good condition, very fast delivery, as described. However, this is not a reconditioned phone for use in France. It doesn't work on the 4G or 5G network, but on the LTE network, and the option to block spam on the phone is greyed out because it's not French, which is rather annoying given the ten or so spam messages we receive every day.

I purchased my refurbished Galaxy S20 FE 5G 128GBrket a - Green - Unlocked - Dual-SIM after being let down by another on-line company. The purchase was smooth and efficient and my phone arrived within a few days. The description of the condition was ‘very good’ and I can state that it was exactly that with only a minuscule scratch near the edge of the screen. I am very happy with the phone & service that I received and would definitely use Back Market again. Highly recommended

It was time to swap my Samsung S7 for this superb S20, which I promptly received in mint condition for less than £200. It's superb and lives up to all its promises. We'll soon forget about the anecdotal Koss headphones that came with it, which doesn't really matter given the choice available on the market. Long live refurbished! Go for it!

Rian to say except that, as with every order placed with Backmarket (1 makbook air, 3 iphones, 4 samsungs), everything is perfect, the phone is like new (perfect condition as described), very fast delivery and moreover, the phone arrives in a transparent protective case, offered by the refurbisher. The only negative point is the lack of an original charger, but there is a USBC cable. But for the price, I don't find that a problem, especially as there are always old chargers or cables lying around in the drawers. Thanks BackMarket 😀
