Mobile without functional damage. The aesthetic scratches were minimal and it works very well. Price was tight or a little high, but worth it for the phone it was. Arrived in 3 days, well wrapped. EVERYTHING PERFECT. Thank you very much. If you keep it up, you will have a regular customer with me in the future, as I can't conceive of ever buying a new phone. It's silly to pay for the novelty. What I am looking for is a good terminal and that it lasts for a long time, not to show off.

The device is sold for 5g, but it's the wrong model. I asked for a refund and sent the smartphone back. So far the label says 5g but the reference only does 4g LTE. All the accessories I had were not compatible because of the wrong model and are now lost. I contacted the backmarket hotline who said that it depended on supplier arrivals. In my opinion this is misleading selling and the suppliers are counting on the resilience of the end customer.

The device was received in white although it had been ordered in silver ... the delivery was also delayed but it arrived qd mm this Saturday ... I'm still waiting for a test but I maintain that the silver colour is specified on my order and on my invoice ... :(

I'm very happy with it (given that it's my 1st smartphone (I'm 88 years old and have always used a Nokia (the little one!!!) I'm amazed to be able to enjoy this A 71. Thank you
