The smartphone worked perfectly for 10 days and then the screen suddenly malfunctioned... These things can happen when you buy a refurbished product, and that's the risk. Apparently the seller's after-sales service has informed me that repairs are impossible and I will be reimbursed.
On the other hand, I deplore the purchase of a screen protector and a protective cover, for a total of €30, which have not had time to be used. And probably won't (unless I buy the same model again). In the end, I would have lost money. Does BackMarket have a commercial gesture for this type of incident?
