Samsung A52 is a great small 5g phone. Turned up well packaged, though not in box. Body and glass both in showroom condition. Sadly no key for the SIM SD card. Also sadly the charging cable was a thin one so doesn't transfer data.

Excellent choice of refurbished phones and ordering is a simple process. Delivery time was as quoted, received within a few days. Wouldn't hesitate to buy here again should the need arise.

The description of the mobile phone was complete in terms of technical data, but information on the external condition was inaccurate. In my opinion, the back of the casing was rather more scratched due to many scratches. This doesn't bother me as I will be using it with a case anyway. However, I had different expectations when I unpacked it, which led to a slight disappointment. A big plus was the mobile phone case and the protective film already fitted, which was all included in the price. Overall, it's a good mobile phone and I'm satisfied.

The delivery was late even though I paid the extra for express delivery. But what is really disappointing is the fact that a phone sold in "perfect condition" breaks down not even a week after receipt. The screen is out of order and I can't even retrieve my data. As a result, I have to send it back with the insecurity that my data on the phone will remain confidential.

The Galaxy A52 phone works very well but there is no 5G as specified in the name of the article received. That's a shame. As for the return of the old phone, bought new only 18 months ago and with a broken screen, there was a dispute with the packager who damaged the screen more than it was (why??) and claimed that the charging port was out of order (false) in order to reduce the return price by €20...

I ordered an A52 that said "very good condition". I received a smartphone with a screen in 'very good condition', but a shell with marks that seemed to indicate that it had barely been cleaned, and above all with a very visible 2 cm deep scratch in the middle of the shell, like a black hair on the white shell, and a very visible 'dent' 2 cm long and almost 1 mm deep under the lenses. The condition of the hull should have led to a classification in the 'fair condition' category, given the characteristics of your selection: visible signs of wear. We can't say that sinking of the shell is a "slight sign of wear", from the "very good condition" selection. Having an urgent need to replace my smartphone, I kept the A52, carefully cleaning the shell. Nothing to say about the operation, so far no battery problems, very good fluidity. Best regards.
