The smartphone is in excellent condition, matching the pre-sale description. Nothing to say except that the keyboards available in the settings are in Nordic languages or English. This applies to messages and whatsapp, so when you write you have no word suggestions in Italian. Italian does not appear even when doing updates. The product was probably reconditioned from Scandinavian countries, but nobody bothered to reset the system and add the other languages... If this happens to you, the only solution is to add the Google keyboard in the settings. Be careful when buying. Rated 6.5

This model of phone is pretty good. Two drawbacks: the battery suddenly discharges without warning and the phone shuts down. I'm going to have to send it back to sort this out, but as I've had to cut up my sim card to make it compatible (which I didn't realise when I chose this model), I can't put it back in the old one in the meantime.

I had been having trouble with my phone A3 2016 as the battery was barely lasting a day. The idea was to get one of similar size but they all seem too large and cost too much. I came across back market which gave plenty of choice of refurbished phones and also differing conditions. I was able to buy a slightly better model (A3 2017) as a replacement in excellent condition for a very fair price. It came fairly swiftly in a plain package with wire and charger. There is a 12 month warranty and a 30 day return policy which gives me confidence in this company. I have been very happy with my purchase and know that there are experts on hand should I need help. A cover for the back and front of the phone is worth getting asap which I have done.

Hello, When I start up, the Orange logo appears on the screen. Does this mean that the phone has not been unlocked? How can I check this (I don't have cards from other operators)? There is no section in the help centre dealing with this issue. Thanks for your feedback JD
