Very happy with the result of the purchase a 9. I think the packaging could go with some more layer of shock absorption just in case or better yet include a protective case for the phone as basic as it was and for me it would be a perfect purchase. The phone itself is just what you would expect to receive, a brand new phone but no box or accessories except the charging cable. I recommend it 100%.

Very satisfied with the phone, perfect condition, it looks like new. I was familiar with this model as it replaces the same model which broke in a bad fall. Special mention +++ for backmarket's after-sales service - a 1st order had been delivered to someone else, the after-sales service was extremely reactive and refunded my order without batting an eyelid.
