When I put cd,There is an unbearable sound. It's like the CD is hitting something. There is excessive noise.

PS4 in good condition, a few scratches even though it's supposed to be "perfect condition" but it didn't really damage the PS4 and it works very well, the disc had scratches and was very dirty but after cleaning the disc was like new (except for the scratches). The controller works great, I'm very satisfied with this purchase.
