The console and controller were firmly and securely packed. When unpacking, I noticed that the controller was very dirty, by the way, which I found quite unfortunate. Cleaned the brown stains on the controller itself with soap and kitchen paper and used a toothpick to remove all the dirt from the seams. Other than that, the console is functioning properly and so is the controller. But I was disappointed to see that the controller was sent to me in that condition, which for such an amount of money I find disproportionate.
