It arrived two days later without any problems. The condition is very good, the screen was intact and some very small scratches on the back that are covered with the case. Good morning I have used the phone very little (Christmas present) but overall I'm satisfied, it's practically new, kept very well. The only problem, surely the setting of some setting, The only problem, probably the setting of a few settings, is that with incoming calls the display stays on for a second and then switches off, not allowing the answer keys to be displayed, to put the call on speakerphone or to end the call. I placed my order, I was unable to complete the payment, once my bank certification was approved, the payment failed. As mentioned I contacted BM. I got a return, it was released, but I had the same problem again twice. I got a 5% discount. But no explanation about the payment bug. It was finally a friend who made the payment. I am not satisfied with the performance and the battery of my product. I also have a freeze bug on the SMS received by entities where a response from me is impossible. It is this msg that freezes.
