Arrived on time, looks and operating like a new phone

The device is very good, like new. However, it seems to have some missing functions compared to my old laptop, same model but in 256 gig. I think this one is not European. Also, the official Oneplus charger doesn't fit in its USB port. It keeps disconnecting.

Really well. The quality of the phone is excellent. I've only found 1 very minor flaw on the phone, it doesn't affect the experience with the phone in the slightest. It is unfortunate that the phone did not come with a proper charger - when bought new, they come with a lightening cable which I was expecting based on the product description. Instead, I received a very cheap cable which doesn't efficiently charge the phone (it would take hours upon hours to charge the phone with this charger). It would have also been great if it came with a basic screen protector and case.

A superb experience; securing the device I wanted for a sensible price. Would happily recommend the Back Market route to anyone seeking refurbished tech.

The service provided is simply phenomenal, with constant messages tracking the order. The device is impeccable with no marks of use and came with a cover and screen protector that weren't included in the first place. Only the battery (I've only had it for 10 days) seems to be discharging more intensely, but it's still good. I highly recommend it!
