Oculus Quest 2 VR headset

Corrosion in the right joystick which doesn't work so you don't have to scratch it and the "link" which doesn't work so you have to use the cable to connect it to the PC so it could be an internal problem (maybe that's why the person sold it).

I ordered this helmet for my son and he is very happy with it. The item is as described and works perfectly.

The product was classified as being in "perfect condition" when ordered, but the equipment received clearly does not meet this grade (equipment not reset, not cleaned, charging cable damaged, mains charger missing, etc.). The refurbisher's specifications have not been met. Looks more like a "second-hand" product bought from a private individual, not a "reconditioned" product sold by a professional. I still trust BM after several purchases over several years, but I am very disappointed by this refurbisher, which I am blacklisting.

The helmet arrived very quickly and was very well protected. It is in perfect condition and functional, the only problem I encountered was that I was not there on the day of delivery and to reschedule a delivery was complicated, I had to use my PC to make it work but apart from that everything is perfect.
