I ordered a reconditioned Airwrap and I don't regret my choice. It arrived like new, well packaged, in a Dyson box, with a nice box to store it and the instructions. Everything works fine apart from a brush that doesn't clip into the appliance properly. I've reported this to backmarket and Dyson are going to send me a new brush! As far as I'm concerned, the backmarket service is responsive and efficient, both for the delay in delivery and the problem with the accessory, and the Dyson salesman is also responsive. I can only recommend it!
