I hereby wish to express my dissatisfaction with the product I recently purchased, a Rowenta Silence Confort heater, and the service I received from you.
When I received the heater, I found that it was broken and did not work properly. This was evidence that the minimum measures were not taken to check that the product was in good condition and fit for use before dispatch. It is unacceptable for a customer to receive a faulty item from the time of delivery, especially when the quality and professionalism associated with your establishment is expected.
Faced with this situation, I was forced to take the product directly to the technical service, where they confirmed that the heater had several problems, including a damaged heating element and other parts that had to be replaced. Fortunately, I would like to point out that the service technician rose to the occasion and acted with great professionalism, repairing the heater efficiently and leaving the appliance in perfect condition. Thanks to their intervention, I have finally been able to enjoy the product as I expected from the beginning.
However, this does not detract from my disappointment regarding your initial lack of commitment in not ensuring that the product was checked before shipment. I believe that the very least that a business should guarantee is to check orders beforehand, ensuring that they meet the necessary conditions of performance and quality. This oversight, in my opinion, reflects a lack of attention to their customers' experience.
