Vom Bestellvorgang, über die Lieferung bis zum Service, alles wurde komplett professionell abgewickelt. Das Smartphone Nokia 8.1 wurde in einem Top-Zustand (neuwertig) geliefert. Als Zubehör wurden ein Steckerladegerät und das USB-Ladekabel originalverpackt mitgeliefert. Diese beiden Teile waren leider nicht funktionsfähig. Dabei handelte es sich sicherlich um Fertigungsfehler. Dafür kann man Back Market wirklich nicht verantwortlich machen. Für dieses Problem hatte Back Market umgehend eine Lösung. Mir wurde angeboten, dass mir funktionstüchtige Teile zugesendet werden oder ich mir die Teile im Fachhandel kaufe und mir 25 € erstattet werden, was ich auch gemacht habe. Mooi toestel ontvangen. Werkt naar tevredenheid. Werd vlot bezorgd. Dus geen problemen ondervonden.
